Delete your Bonbon account

How to request deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app. No email is required.

Open Bonbon and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Confirm. Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out.

If you can no longer sign in, email erevo.studio@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

What is retained, and for how long

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. Removing Bonbon from your phone leaves your data on our servers. Use the steps above to erase it.

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove content:

Open any photo in the diary and delete it individually.
Go to Profile → Disconnect from partner to end all sharing. Each side keeps only their own photos.
