Welcome to Bonbon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bonbon mobile application ("App") operated by Revolution Sport Company Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Bonbon, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Bonbon. By creating an account, you
confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Some content is restricted further. The Flirty & Spicy
game mode contains suggestive themes and is available only to users aged
18 or older. Before it opens for the first time, the app asks
for your date of birth and blocks access if it indicates you are under 18.
Providing a false date of birth to reach that content is a breach of these
Terms.
2. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Bonbon offers optional premium subscriptions: Weekly ($7.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), and Annual ($39.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
- All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Bonbon, you agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or obscene content
- Use the App to stalk, harass, or intimidate another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with third parties
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text responses).
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver it as part of the App's functionality.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
6. Partner Pairing
- Bonbon allows you to connect with one partner at a time.
- Both partners must consent to the pairing. Do not pair with someone without their knowledge.
- Either partner can unpair at any time from Settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, graphics, and branding, is owned by Revolution Sport Company Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bonbon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any relationship advice or outcomes from using the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolution Sport Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Sport Company Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.
